- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or similar role within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on participation in all standard Scrum ceremonies.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery and collaboration tools.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process analysis, user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
- Skilled in requirements definition, including writing clear user stories, leading refinement sessions with developers and testers and ensuring well‑defined acceptance criteria.
- Experience producing and maintaining high‑quality documentation, including version-controlled artifacts and clear application documentation.
- Ability to create functional specifications, including integrations across web, mobile applications and backend services.
- Experience defining data visualization requirements and collaborating with technical teams to implement them.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and system implementation processes.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer‑centric design approaches is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Define features and functional capabilities for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
- Gather, analyze and refine business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear user stories, business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with scrum team to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Work directly with developers to design and implement capabilities, providing ongoing guidance to refine stories and ensure development meets requirements.
- Support backlog management and prioritization, clarifying requirements, identifying dependencies and ensuring items are ready for development.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project commitments, timelines and delivery expectations.
- Work closely with QA engineers to answer questions, validate requirements and support testing activities to ensure delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Refinements, Demos and Retrospectives.
- Create and maintain clear business and functional documentation, including specifications for integrations across web, mobile and backend services.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, scope and expected outcomes.
