We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team and lead quality assurance initiatives across web and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, drive automation efforts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in project success by mentoring team members, establishing testing best practices, and partnering with clients and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

3+ years of experience in Test Engineering or QA Automation.
Hands-on experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
Experience with Maestro or similar automation frameworks for mobile or browser-based testing.
Experience with Postman or API automation frameworks for REST API testing.
Strong knowledge of automated testing best practices and quality assurance methodologies.
Experience with Jira or other test management and defect tracking tools.
Experience working within Agile software development teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders is highly preferred.

Lead the Test Engineering function within cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and API testing.
Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
Define testing strategies, quality objectives, acceptance criteria, and test plans for project delivery.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to identify issues, improve product quality, and support continuous delivery.
Perform code reviews, provide quality-focused feedback, and promote test automation best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level Test Engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and career development support.
Communicate project status, testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Support defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
