- Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of progressive professional experience in independent test verification within complex C/Embedded automotive systems, demonstrating a strong track record of ensuring software quality and reliability.
- This position operates entirely remotely, requiring a high degree of self-motivation and effective communication to collaborate seamlessly with distributed teams and stakeholders across various time zones.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated advanced expertise in AUTOSAR Classic architecture and its application in embedded software testing for automotive control units.
- Hold an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level 4.0 (CTFL) certification, coupled with advanced critical thinking and analytical skills to dissect complex technical problems and devise effective test strategies.
- Possess advanced proficiency in using Vector CANoe for simulating, analyzing, and testing CAN, LIN, and Ethernet networks in automotive embedded systems.
- Exhibit intermediate-level programming proficiency in C, enabling effective code review, debugging, and development of test harnesses for embedded applications.
- Demonstrate intermediate-level scripting capabilities in Python for developing automated test scripts, data analysis, and test environment setup.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Requirement Engineering principles to effectively analyze, interpret, and trace software requirements throughout the test lifecycle.
- Possess advanced understanding and practical experience with CAN diagnostics protocols and tools for troubleshooting and verifying automotive electronic control units.
- Exhibit advanced experience in testing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software for automotive applications, ensuring usability, functionality, and performance.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity 1.0, applying basic principles to secure software development and testing processes.
