- Strong working knowledge and practical experience with the Salesforce Platform, leveraging its full capabilities for custom development and integration initiatives.
- In-depth proficiency in Salesforce CRM, particularly with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities, including advanced configuration and strategic optimization.
- Applied understanding and adherence to MR best practices, ensuring high data quality and effective reporting mechanisms within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Preferred Skills:
- Solid capability in both Salesforce administration and development, contributing to platform enhancements and custom solution delivery.
- Familiarity with Optimizely or similar A/B testing and personalization platforms, understanding their potential for integration with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective interaction with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to data accuracy and detail, crucial for maintaining high-quality data management and reliable reporting within Salesforce.

- Execute advanced configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
- Own the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Develop and manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain robust security and access controls.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce functionalities and improvements.
- Drive the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Optimize Salesforce data models, reporting, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Lead user support and training initiatives, empowering end-users to maximize their utilization of the Salesforce platform.
- Contribute to the architectural design and strategic roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and new feature rollouts.
- Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance on best practices for Salesforce development and administration.
- Oversee data management activities, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and de-duplication strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements across the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce functionality, integrations, and user experience.
