Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Specialist Fullstack Node/React Engineer who can help deliver large, strategic, and complex projects. This position demands a high level of teamwork, mentoring other engineers, and working with the team to deliver reliable and robust solutions our customers can depend on. In this role, you will face a huge array of challenges – from strangling off legacy systems to designing new product features. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to collaborate with others but can also work independently to take an idea from concept to implementation. Requirements

• Possessing 8-10 years of progressive and hands-on experience in full-stack software development, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering complex enterprise-grade solutions.
• This position operates under a fully remote work model, requiring a high degree of self-discipline and effective virtual collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated advanced expertise in Node.js development, including asynchronous programming, API design, and building scalable backend services.
• Proven advanced proficiency in React for developing sophisticated and responsive user interfaces, including state management and component-based architecture.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, applying its advanced features to enhance code quality, maintainability, and type safety across large-scale applications.
• Solid advanced experience in Angular framework, encompassing component development, routing, and state management for complex single-page applications.

Job responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications using Node.js, React, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Lead the implementation of complex features and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with overall system strategy.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and foster skill development.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, guiding them in technical problem-solving, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, and development processes.
• Ensure the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are robust and efficient for full-stack applications.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Champion best practices in software development, including test-driven development (TDD) and clean code principles.
