 AI / Automation Lead

AI Solution Design & Development

Lead the design and development of AI-driven automation solutions using Python, Amazon Bedrock, or OpenAI platforms.

Architect and implement end-to-end AI applications, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.

Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Generative AI & LLM Applications

Develop and optimize applications using LLMs (Large Language Models) for tasks such as document summarization, Q&A systems, chatbots, and intelligent automation.

Apply frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration libraries to build modular, reusable AI pipelines.

Guardrails & Responsible AI

Implement guardrails to ensure AI systems follow compliance, ethical, and business rules (e.g., prompt moderation, restricted responses, data privacy).

Design mechanisms for content filtering, safety checks, explainability, and auditability of AI-generated outputs.

Collaborate with security, legal, and compliance teams to align AI applications with organizational policies.

Automation Leadership

Drive the adoption of AI/automation across business processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.

Identify opportunities for workflow automation, assess feasibility, and define ROI for AI initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data, operations) to integrate AI-driven automation.

Technical Expertise & Innovation

Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and multi-agent frameworks.

Evaluate and prototype new tools, libraries, and platforms (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, RAG pipelines).

Optimize model performance through fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and efficient API usage.

Requirements

• AI / Automation Lead with good Python skills and experience with either Amazon Bedrock or OpenAI. 
• Understanding of Langchain and similar libraries
• Understanding guardrails and how to implement them in AI applications.

 

Good to have.

• prior experience in the insurance domain and applications like Guidewire
