About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Adaptive ERP Quality Architect to lead the quality strategy, governance, and technical assurance for our Adaptive ERP platform. This role functions as the Individual Point of Accountability for Product Quality, ensuring that all ERP modules, integrations, and platform components meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and compliance.
The Quality Architect will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and QAD stakeholders to drive a robust quality culture across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Leadership & Governance
Serve as the Individual Point of Accountability for Product Quality across the Adaptive ERP product suite.
Define, implement, and enforce quality strategy, standards, practices, and KPIs across engineering teams.
Establish quality frameworks, testing methodologies, and automation strategies aligned with product goals.
Drive proactive quality planning, risk identification, and mitigation measures early in the development lifecycle.

Technical Quality Oversight
Review architecture, design, and code to ensure compliance with quality standards, scalability principles, and performance requirements.
Guide the creation of comprehensive test plans, automation frameworks, performance benchmarks, and regression strategies.
Oversee end-to-end quality across functional, non-functional, integration, security, and UAT testing.
Ensure Adaptive ERP modules adhere to enterprise-grade performance and reliability SLAs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with QAD stakeholders, Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and QA teams to align on quality objectives and execution plans.
Partner with DevOps and SRE teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and continuous quality controls.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand production issues, root causes, and quality improvement opportunities.

Continuous Improvement
Identify quality bottlenecks, defects, and system gaps; drive corrective actions and long-term improvements.
Promote a culture of quality engineering through coaching, training, standards adoption, and tool enablement.
Benchmark quality practices against industry standards and introduce innovative quality engineering approaches.

 

 

Job responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
Required
10–15 years of experience in software engineering and quality engineering roles.
Strong experience with Adaptive ERP, QAD ERP, or similar enterprise-grade ERP systems.
Deep understanding of quality architecture, test automation, performance engineering, and enterprise QA practices.
Proven experience implementing quality governance across large, distributed engineering teams.
Hands-on knowledge of modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps practices.

Preferred
Experience in legacy ERP modernization and cloud-native ERP quality engineering.
Familiarity with containerized environments, microservices, observability tools, and SRE concepts.
Exposure to regulatory compliance, data security, performance tuning, and failover strategies.
