Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in Web (Selenium) and Mobile (Appium) automation using Java to enhance our testing framework and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts, executing end-to-end testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve test efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of test automation tools and large-scale system testing. A keen analytical mindset, experience with Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Description (Key Requirements & Skills)
Expertise in Web (Selenium) and Mobile (Appium) automation testing with Java.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks like Page Object Model.
Experience in writing and executing automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
Strong hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing test scripts.
Knowledge of cross-browser testing and debugging web applications across different environments.
Proficiency in handling mobile gestures, UI interactions, and native/hybrid app testing.
Ability to set up and maintain large-scale test environments for automated execution.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and working with Jira or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills and experience in client interaction.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to define and implement automation strategies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with Customer/developers to resolve issues.
Improve test efficiency by implementing best practices in automation and test execution.
Provide detailed test reports and document testing processes for better traceability.
Research and implement new automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing capabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for automated testing.
