Description

We are looking for a certified HubSpot SME / Consultant who can lead a high-impact digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across HubSpot CMS and CRM, and have experience working in fast-paced, agile environments. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, managing releases, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple program tracks.

Requirements

Experience Level: 8+ years (minimum 3–4 years on HubSpot CMS & CRM)

Required Qualifications
HubSpot certifications (CMS Hub Implementation, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Solutions Partner certifications preferred).
Strong understanding of HubSpot ecosystem: CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Workflows, APIs, Custom Objects, etc.
Hands-on experience leading complex HubSpot transformations.
Background in web and content delivery (CMS development experience is a plus).
Solid understanding of agile practices, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent leadership, team management, and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have
Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment, or other third-party tools.
Exposure to multi-region/global deployments.
Experience working with HubSpot Solutions Partners or consulting firms.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HubSpot expert across CMS, CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
Own end-to-end solutioning and implementation for HubSpot-based digital experiences.
Lead a cross-functional team of HubSpot engineers and marketers through multiple program releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Customize and optimize HubSpot features including workflows, templates, automation, integrations, and reporting.
Define best practices, ensure governance, and lead configuration, onboarding, and enablement efforts.
Manage backlog, prioritize enhancements, and work closely with design, development, and QA teams.
Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and ensure overall program success.
