We’re seeking a Lead Product Owner to drive the product strategy and delivery across multiple agile teams and product owners, in a large-scale transformation initiative. Your mission: lead the migration of a legacy enterprise solution to a scalable, modern SaaS platform.

As the Lead PO, you’ll guide the product vision, align cross-functional teams, and mentor other Product Owners working across various delivery tracks. You’ll be the strategic bridge between business outcomes, technology modernization, and operational excellence.

Requirements

➔ 7+ years of product ownership/management experience, with 2+ years in a lead or principal PO role 

➔ Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects, ideally involving legacy-to-SaaS modernization

➔ Strong experience leading multiple agile teams and other POs across interdependent product workstreams

➔ Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar); experience in transformation or scaled agile environments is a plus

➔ Excellent skills in backlog structuring, dependency management, prioritization, and release planning

➔ Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS platforms, microservices, and API-first architecture

➔ Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives

➔ Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar product management platforms

➔ Comfortable working with early-stage uncertainty in product definition, and skilled at narrowing the gap between user needs and product value

➔ Demonstrated ability to pivot product direction based on qualitative and quantitative evidence

Job responsibilities

➔ Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the migration of legacy systems to a cloud-native, SaaS-based platform, with a clear path to Product-Market Fit

➔ Oversee and coordinate multiple product tracks, each managed by an individual Product Owner; ensure coherence across team roadmaps and backlogs

➔ Coach and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing structure, feedback, and support in backlog management, user story refinement, and agile ceremonies

➔ Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps, aligning with business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering leadership

➔ Establish clear PMF indicators and success metrics, and drive decisions based on evidence from real users and target market segments

➔ Facilitate cross-track alignment, including dependency management, prioritization across teams, and risk mitigation 

➔ Own the overall product backlog at the program level, ensuring quality, consistency, and value delivery across workstreams

➔ Collaborate with stakeholders to define MVPs, de-risk platform migrations, and validate modern product design patterns
