Description

We are looking for a Middle or Senior Software Developer to drive innovation and solution development in Grid Automation. In this role, you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competencies and cutting-edge technology. You will develop the power grids of the future, creating software that is used in crucial infrastructure and in real-time. The product is designed to last a long time while also being very efficient and secure.

You will be part of the client’s development team. It is important to be able to travel to the Kraków office for a couple of days to attend onboarding training.

Requirements

• You have a degree from university in computer or information science/engineering or other relevant education.
• You have 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with C# software development
• Experience with the .NET technology stack: C#, REST Web Services and .Net Core,
• Assure high code quality through unit tests and adherence to software development best practices like Clean Code, SOLID, and code reviews.
• You have hands-on knowledge in following areas:
  -Git version control system
  -Build management – Azure DevOps Pipelines, MSBuild,
  -Docker / podman
  -Kubernetes + Helm
  -SQL database knowledge
• You can demonstrate understanding of the concepts API Development and Consumption.
• Excellent communication in English to explain and document your ideas and plans for different audiences
• Experience in working in a globally distributed team is a plus
• Experience with Kafka, C++ is a plus
• You have experience in software optimization and improving performance
• It is important that technology is your passion and a willingness to share your knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
