Description

PwC is currently collaborating with TIS, an IT services company, to support a credit card industry client through a Generative AI(GenAI) initiative. The objective of this project is to leverage GenAI solutions to accelerate software development and enhance delivery efficiency.
As part of this engagement, PwC is establishing a specialized resource pool consisting of experts with proven experience in Generative AI, Development Processes, and Quality Management Services (QMS). These resources will provide critical expertise to ensure effective integration of GenAI into TIS software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Through this initiative, TIS aims to streamline its development workflow, improve quality assurance, and achieve faster time-to-market for its software products, ultimately delivering greater value to its end customer.

Requirements

1. Proven experience or expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.(mandatory)
2. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle(SDLC) or Quality Management Systems(QMS).(nice to have)
3. Ability to understand and translate Japanese customer requirements into technical solutions.(mandatory)
4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, with strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.(mandatory)
5. Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for meetings.(mandatory)
6. Experience working in Waterfall or Agile project methodologies.(nice to have)
7. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day project activities to successfully deliver milestones.(nice to have)

Job responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and optimize solutions leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
2. Collaborate with Japanese customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Work within software development processes (SDLC) or Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
4. Experienced in the both Waterfall or Agile development projects.
5. Attend on-site customer meetings and provide technical guidance as needed.
6. Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese, including documentation and presentations.
7. Manage the project team, oversee day-to-day tasks, and ensure smooth coordination to achieve project milestones.
