Experience: 8+ years (with 3+ years in a Test Automation Lead role)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Test Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) to lead automation initiatives across Web, API, and GenAI/Agentic applications. The ideal candidate will design scalable automation frameworks, drive CI/CD adoption, and define automation test strategies for AI-powered systems while mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities
Test Automation & Framework
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Implement Web UI and API automation using Playwright.
Drive best practices for test design, reporting, logging, and failure analysis.

CI/CD & DevOps Integration
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Enable parallel execution, environment-based configurations, and automated reporting.

AI/ML & GenAI Testing
Implement AI/ML capabilities within automation frameworks (e.g., intelligent test generation, self-healing locators, smart test selection).
Hands-on experience testing GenAI and Agentic applications, including:
Prompt validation
Model output accuracy and consistency
Hallucination detection
Bias and ethical validation
Regression testing for LLM responses
Define automation test strategies for GenAI and agent-based systems.

Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Exposure to tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar GenAI platforms
Knowledge of performance or security testing
Prior experience in Agile / SAFe environments”

Job responsibilities

“We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to oversee the end-to-end quality strategy, automation processes, and release readiness for our EMR platform. The QA Lead will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical capabilities, and experience testing distributed, cloud-based, and API-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Planning
-Own the QA strategy, planning, estimations, and overall quality governance for the project.
-Lead, mentor, and guide a team of automation and manual QA engineers.
-Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, DevOps, and Security teams.Drive test strategy for new -modules, enhancements, AI-driven features, and integrations.
-Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting for releases.
Testing & Automation Oversight

Define and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend microservices.

Review and approve test plans, cases, scenarios, and automation scripts.
Drive end-to-end testing across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security validation.
Ensure complete coverage for EMR workflows
Lead defect triage sessions, risk assessments, and quality sign-offs.
