Key responsibilities:
End-to-End Technical Delivery
• Lead and drive the full lifecycle of technical delivery from initiation through implementation, ensuring all project goals are achieved and aligned with company objectives.
• Technical Leadership for Manage complex customization projects.
• Continually adapt project implementation plans to meet evolving requirements and stay responsive to emerging partner needs
• Coordinate multiple internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery
• Manage service and technology backlogs to meet delivery commitments and SLAs
Technical Delivery Governance
• Establish and maintain technical governance frameworks across all customization projects
• Oversee daily operations, resolve technical challenges promptly, and maintain smooth execution
• Work closely with Test Leads, Solution Architects, Program Managers, Dev Teams, and Technology Teams to align and achieve project milestones
• Implement quality checkpoints and review processes to minimize rework and technical debt
• Provide technical escalation support for critical partner issues
• Monitor and report on project health, risks, and mitigation strategies
Quality Deliverables
• Ensure that every deliverable upholds high standards of quality and compliance, addressing both technical and regulatory criteria
• Define and enforce technical standards across all partner customizations
• Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned
• Ensure documentation completeness and knowledge transfer
Industrialization and AI Innovation
• Drive industrialized approach to delivery through standardization, automation, and reusable assets
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in delivery processes to improve productivity and efficiency
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable components and templates
• Implement automation for repetitive tasks and testing processes
• Champion innovation and best practices across the implementation function
• Measure and report on productivity improvements and efficiency gains
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for partner engagements
• Manage expectations and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with partner technical teams
• Facilitate technical workshops and solution design sessions
• Present technical roadmaps and strategic recommendations to leadership
What we are looking for:
Essential Experience
• 10+ years in Technical Leadership with proven experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Technical Project Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Product Engineer, ideally within a Services or similar function
• Extensive experience in designing, planning, and executing end-to-end technical projects in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale software implementations or customization projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
Technical Expertise
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience with telecom or enterprise software implementations preferred
• Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices
Leadership & Collaboration
• Collaborative background working with Test Leads, Solution Architects, Dev Teams, and Project Managers to ensure strategic alignment and shared vision
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple external vendors and subcontractors
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop team capabilities
Quality & Compliance
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance requirements, with a track record of ensuring all deliverables meet these standards
• Experience with technical governance and audit processes
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
• Ability to respond to technical challenges swiftly, adapting plans as needed to accommodate changing requirements and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in crisis management and rapid issue resolution
