Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Execution: Plan and execute complex projects, ensuring teams have precise product/technical specifications and resources. Establish realistic timelines and ensure high-velocity delivery remains on target.
Integrated People Leadership: Provide dedicated leadership and mentorship to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels. Manage career development paths and resolve human resources issues proactively.
Strategic Client Ownership: Work closely with stakeholders and clients to understand functional/non-functional requirements. You will gradually take the lead on client interactions to define Product Vision and roadmaps.
Technical Problem Solving: Act as a technical sounding board for the team; help developers resolve complex technical blockers while maintaining a deep understanding of the system architecture.
SDLC & Release Management: Lead the full project management life cycle for large-scale IT initiatives. Coordinate software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes in alignment with global release schedules.
Agile Governance: Coordinate release and sprint planning; facilitate daily scrum meetings and maintain operational excellence.
Future-Proofing: Provide software development plans that meet future stakeholder needs by leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and industry best practices.
Technical & Professional Requirements
Hands-on Engineering Roots: Must have professional experience developing applications in Java, Kotlin, and JavaScript technologies to maintain technical credibility with the team.
Large-Scale Management: Proven experience managing large, high-performing engineering teams and implementing strategic business initiatives.
Mentorship Excellence: A strong track record of transitioning individual contributors into senior roles through active coaching.
Complex Lifecycle Expertise: Mastery of the full IT project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-deployment support.
Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Executive Communication: Exceptional reporting and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities into business value for stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Delivery Ownership: Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to architect a comprehensive delivery strategy, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Technical Planning & Scheduling: Develop realistic, data-driven project plans and schedules. Leverage your technical background to validate engineering estimates and track the team’s progress in meeting critical milestones.
Dynamic Roadmap Management: Own and maintain the project schedule, proactively updating it to adapt to changing technical requirements, client needs, and resource availability.
High-Stakes Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead and facilitate team and client meetings to drive decision-making, resolve complex technical issues, and mitigate risks. Ensure high team engagement through clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
Accountability & Execution: Rigorously follow up with action owners on open tasks, technical documentation, and approvals to ensure the project stays strictly on schedule.
Proactive Risk & Escalation Management: Identify and escalate unexpected events impacting project health, budget, or resources. Provide management with clear impact assessments and proposed solutions.
Unified Communication Hub: Keep the core project team and extended stakeholders well-informed, effectively communicating status updates, technical changes, and strategic pivots.
Management Reporting: Provide regular, executive-level project updates to leadership, including transparent status reporting and robust risk-mitigation strategies.
Large-Scale Team Leadership: Manage and scale large engineering teams, taking full ownership of team health, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Mentorship & Talent Development: Actively coach and mentor team members, focusing on their career development and technical growth to reach optimum performance levels.
Client Relationship Evolution: Gradually transition into the primary point of contact for client interactions, allowing technical specialists to focus on architecture while you own the program delivery.
