Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of working experience 
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Understanding the practical use of HRIS
  • Understanding of the payroll mechanism
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Excellent grasp of spoken and written English language; knowledge of additional EU language is not mandatory but highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills, conflict-management and problem-solving skills, time management skills and good planning capabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle candidate’s support in pre-boarding and onboarding stages
  • Complete, organize, and collect the necessary paperwork (personal data and documents collection, employment contract preparation, etc.)
  • Creation and maintenance newcomer records in HRIS during pre-boarding and onboarding stages, preparation statistics based on data in HRIS and other internal systems.
  • Being a SPOC for candidates, hiring managers and all stakeholders during pre-boarding and onboarding stages.
