Requirements:
- 2-4 years of working experience
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Understanding the practical use of HRIS
- Understanding of the payroll mechanism
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent grasp of spoken and written English language; knowledge of additional EU language is not mandatory but highly valued.
- Strong communication skills, conflict-management and problem-solving skills, time management skills and good planning capabilities
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle candidate’s support in pre-boarding and onboarding stages
- Complete, organize, and collect the necessary paperwork (personal data and documents collection, employment contract preparation, etc.)
- Creation and maintenance newcomer records in HRIS during pre-boarding and onboarding stages, preparation statistics based on data in HRIS and other internal systems.
- Being a SPOC for candidates, hiring managers and all stakeholders during pre-boarding and onboarding stages.
