Requirements:
- 10 years of professional experience in a similar position;
- Ukrainian labor law knowledge is required;
- Good knowledge of HR processes in a company;
- Ability of drafting contracts, policies and works agreements;
- Work experience with HR systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.);
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and updating internal policies, procedures and documents to ensure compliance with the labor law;
- Process and communicate Ukraine labour law updates in order to advise the management on recommended policy updates to ensure proper compliance;
- Draft and negotiate employment related contracts and employment agreements;
- Design and aadjust on regalar basis staff table and job descriptions;
- Stay up to date on labor law, regulations and the legal implications of industry trends to develop and drive processes;
- Manage legal risk and provide solution for resolving employment disputes;
- Manage and proceed with all employee life cyle
- Play role of Ukrainian HR local specialist
