Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, with an excellent understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and syntax.
• High communication skills, having experience in user comms, dealing with end user’s concerns
• Should have at least 3 years of GIS mapping experience in (Roads, POI, Navigation, Imagery, Basemap etc)
• Review and understand user concerns and ensure proper responses are shared as per the guidelines
• Rewrite sentences to improve coherence, fluency, and natural language flow.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver tasks accordingly.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate translation and interpretation of concepts & work accordingly
• Work closely with the team to maintain consistency and quality standards
• Candidate should able to work in 24/7 environment
