Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the M&E industry and In-depth knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies. 
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on the Media and Entertainment industry.
  • Experience with various technology platforms, architectures, and delivery models relevant to the M&E sector.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions and vice versa.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new products or services. 
  • Extensive network of industry contacts, including senior executives within client organizations, technology partners, and industry influencers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
  • Executive presence and the ability to represent the company at senior levels within client organizations and industry events.

 

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be 180,000 to 200,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Job responsibilities

  • Define BU’s vision and strategy: Develop growth strategy in consultation with BU head aligned with industry trends.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership: Identify emerging technologies and trends within the industry, and champion their adoption to create competitive advantages for GlobalLogic.
  • Guide solution development: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the GSP Leader and BU Cohorts in developing and delivering innovative, market-leading solutions. Support Sales in client meetings
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, technology providers, and research institutions to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Represent the BU in the market: Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson for the BU, actively participating in industry events and publications.
  • Mentor and develop talent: Guide and mentor technical leaders within the BU, fostering their growth and development.
