Helm.
● Familiarity with observability tools and logging frameworks (e.g., ELK, Datadog, Fluentd,
Prometheus, Grafana).
● Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Agile/Lean methodologies, and modern SDLC
practices.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the DevOps function, establishing best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure
automation, cloud scalability, and operational excellence.
● Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, repeatable, and secure
code releases across multiple environments.
● Architect and maintain high-availability, scalable, and secure infrastructure across cloud
platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as
Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
● Champion DevSecOps principles, integrating security checks, compliance gates, and
vulnerability scans into build and deployment processes.
● Drive adoption of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes,
Helm, and service meshes like Istio or Linkerd.
● Lead infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and logging initiatives using tools like
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
● Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to implement GitOps, blue/green
deployments, canary releases, and rollback strategies.
● Manage cloud costs, optimize resource utilization, and oversee infrastructure capacity
planning and scaling strategies.
● Own incident response, root cause analysis, and the design of self-healing and resilient
infrastructure systems.
● Mentor and manage a team of DevOps engineers and SREs, facilitating technical
growth, performance management, and team collaboration.
● Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases for DevOps
processes and tooling.
● Keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and
implement forward-looking DevOps capabilities.
