Requirements

Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical writing in a software engineering environment

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with source control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to create technical specifications and various kinds of diagrams

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively gather information
• Comfort working in agile development teams

Job responsibilities

Create and maintain technical documentation, including:

• API documentation
• Developer guides and SDK manuals
• System integration guides
• Release notes and change logs
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand features, architecture, workflows, and dependencies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure documentation is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date across all platforms and releases.
