Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user behaviors and pain points.
Design & Prototyping: Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, personas, and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
Testing & Iteration: Facilitate usability testing and turn data-driven feedback into actionable design improvements.
Collaboration: Work with UI designers and developers to ensure design integrity and smooth implementation of the final product.
Strategy: Define and maintain the overall design strategy, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for prototyping.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
