Description
The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for a variety of innovative projects, including but not limited to:
Initiatives focused on improving large-scale data ingestion and processing systems.
Projects centered on extracting, structuring, and validating information from unstructured and semi-structured digital content.
Programs designed to ensure high levels of data accuracy and quality for consumer-facing web applications, particularly in the travel and e-commerce sectors.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of large-scale knowledge bases that provide intuitive and visually appealing information to users.
Overseeing quality assurance and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
GlobalLogic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical program Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of technical projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a diverse set of initiatives at the forefront of data processing and web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment. A key requirement for this role is excellent communication skills, as you will be the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, and senior management.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical operations or project management role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Mandatory Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on proficiency with Regular Expressions, HTML, and JavaScript is required.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of web crawling, data parsing, quality assurance, and project management methodologies. Familiarity with technologies like Python and SQL is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of technical professionals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a strict mandate. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Financial Acumen: Experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of all assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, including software engineers, analysts, and project leads, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance on projects involving large-scale data extraction, data parsing, process automation, and quality assurance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of project deliverables.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budget and financial targets are met.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to meet project goals.
