GlobalLogic estimates the starting base salary for the remote Senior Data Engineer position in the USA to be between $120000 to $130000 and reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. Job Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Project Execution

​Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives.

​Manage project plans, delivery timelines, sprint execution, and work allocation.

​Coordinate activities across Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, Data Analysts, and QA resources.

​Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities.

​Drive successful execution from requirements through deployment and business adoption.

Data Engineering Leadership

​Lead development and support of enterprise data pipelines and integrations.

​Oversee data ingestion from multiple source systems into Databricks.

​Manage development of Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer datasets.

​Review Source-to-Target mappings and transformation logic.

​Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance of data solutions.

​Drive adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Analytics & Reporting Delivery

​Lead development of semantic models and Power BI reporting solutions.

​Ensure consistency of business KPIs, measures, and reporting logic.

​Support dashboard development, testing, and deployment activities.

​Coordinate report enhancements and analytics backlog delivery.

​Promote reusable and scalable reporting solutions across business domains.
