Heather Oxley, seasoned leader with two and a half decades of professional experience, is the Chief People Officer at GlobalLogic, where she spearheads global human resources strategy. Her extensive expertise encompasses talent strategy, global talent/HR business partnership, and the design and implementation of large-scale talent programs. She is responsible for leading executive talent acquisition, career development, engagement, and retention initiatives crucial to GlobalLogic's continued growth and unique culture.

Heather is deeply committed to building a people-centric culture where employees are empowered to reach their full potential. She is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace and finds great satisfaction in mentoring and developing future HR leaders. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Heather held several internal and client-facing positions at Accenture, where she spearheaded initiatives in strategy, talent development, and HR business partner. Her career is marked by substantial international experience, including work in Japan, China, Brazil, and South Africa, where she contributed to a non-profit project in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). This exposure to diverse cultures and local requirements has provided her with a valuable global perspective in her professional approach.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heather is an enthusiastic hiker and avid traveler, having explored 55 countries across all 7 continents. Heather is an alumna of Miami University of Ohio, where she studied Chemistry and Zoology. Demonstrating her passion for personal connections, she actively serves as a mentor and coach, particularly for female executives navigating their career progression.
