Siba Satapathy serves as GlobalLogic’s Chief Growth & Transformation Officer, where he is focused on expanding market presence, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting Hitachi’s evolution toward a “True One Hitachi” vision—with digital innovation at its core.

A seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience, Siba brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams, scaling global operations, and leading transformative growth strategies. His leadership is defined by a relentless focus on client success, the ability to distill complex industry trends into actionable strategies, and a passion for delivering lasting business impact.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Siba spent nearly 20 years at HCLTech, most recently serving as the Global Head of the Mobility verticals, covering aerospace, automotive, rail, and defense. He led go-to-market strategies, managed multi-industry portfolios, and oversaw full-stack service delivery across engineering, IT, and digital services. He also served on the boards of two independently run HCLTech-acquired companies—Butler Aerospace (U.S. Defense) and ASAP (Germany, Automotive).

Siba began his career at Whirlpool India and has held cross-functional roles spanning operations, engineering, supply chain, and corporate strategy. He brings extensive experience from leading global organizations like Wipro and is an active member of industry bodies, including AIA and SAE.

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Siba is known for blending disciplined execution with bold, customer-focused innovation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Warangal and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from XIM Bhubaneswar.

He lives in Avon, Connecticut, with his wife, two sons, and their Labrador retriever. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor sports, reading, and traveling.
