Requirements

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team, focusing on building intelligent systems for automated drawing generation using TensorFlow and related AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning, computer vision, and generative AI techniques, with a specific interest in creating systems that can generate drawings, diagrams, or design elements autonomously.

Job responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy ML models for automated drawing and sketch generation.
Implement and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow and Keras.
Collaborate with product and design teams to understand drawing requirements and user needs.
Apply techniques such as CNNs, GANs, transformers, and image-to-image translation.
Fine-tune pretrained models or build custom architectures for generative tasks.
Integrate ML models into production-grade applications (e.g., web or mobile interfaces).
Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using metrics like SSIM, PSNR, etc.
Stay up to date with the latest research in generative AI, computer vision, and ML.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
6-9 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
Strong proficiency in TensorFlow and Python.
Experience with generative models (GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, etc.).
Familiarity with computer vision techniques, especially in drawing/sketch/image generation.
Hands-on experience with auto drawing tools, datasets, or related automation tasks.
Understanding of data preprocessing, augmentation, and labeling for visual tasks.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with deep learning for design, CAD, or architectural visualization.
Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning or self-supervised learning methods.
Familiarity with PyTorch, OpenCV, and deployment frameworks like TensorFlow Lite or TensorFlow.js.
Contributions to open-source projects in ML or generative AI.
