Requirements

MODEL DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

 

• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable Anaplan models tailored to evolving business needs.
• Support SKU-level planning, sales forecasting, and inventory risk detection through robust modeling practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models reflect accurate business logic and planning workflows.
• Improve model performance tuning and implement standard processes for modularity and maintainability.

 

DASHBOARD & UX CONFIGURATION:

GlobalLogic is committed to delivering a top-notch user experience. As a member of our team, you will craft and set up user-friendly dashboards in Anaplan, ensuring awareness of important metrics. Your work will improve forecasting accuracy and transparency, empowering our business users to excel.

•  Design and set up user-friendly dashboards in Anaplan to offer clear access to important metrics.
•  Implement automated anomaly detection and alerting mechanisms to proactively support business users.
•  Develop simulation tools and visual planning components to improve forecasting accuracy and transparency.
•  Improve user experience by aligning dashboards with customer feedback and planning cadence.

Job responsibilities

To compete at the highest level, we need a team that is strictly committed to excellence. As an Anaplan Dev, you will be encouraged to:

• Have 4–6 years of experience in Anaplan model building and solution design.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain, sales, or merchandising planning processes.
• Demonstrate proven experience with dashboard design and UX standard methodologies in planning tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable model architecture proficiently.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments is a plus.
