Description

GlobalLogic is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/ Assistant Manager – ISO Auditor to plan, conduct, and report audits in
accordance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001. The ideal candidate will ensure organizational processes
comply with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while identifying nonconformities and driving corrective and preventive
actions. They will analyze audit data, recommend process improvements, support certification readiness, and mentor internal auditors. The role also
involves promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining certification
status. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audit methodologies, and excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, Business
Administration, or Information Security).
• One or more of the following required/preferred – Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO
27001, ISO 22301; IRCA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit methodologies, with understanding of risk-based and process-based auditing, familiarity
with CAPA, QMS documentation, root cause analysis (RCA) and continual improvement tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA), and experience
with compliance, regulatory frameworks, and industry-specific requirements.
• Primarily office based with occasional field or departmental walk-throughs, may require travel to other sites, and must maintain
confidentiality and comply with data protection standards.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience interacting with external certification bodies.
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)

Job responsibilities

• Develop annual audit plans based on organizational risk profiles and certification requirements.
• Review previous audit reports, risk assessments, and performance data to define audit scope, criteria, methods, and timelines.
• Prepare audit checklists and all required audit documentation.
• Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with applicable ISO standards by interviewing personnel, observing operations, and
reviewing records and processes.
• Assess compliance with internal procedures, legal requirements, and ISO standards while identifying nonconformities, risks, and
opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate opening and closing meetings with relevant stakeholders during audits.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and professional audit reports, documenting findings, nonconformities, and evidence.
• Present audit results to management in a concise and actionable format.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external certification bodies and support readiness for surveillance or recertification audits.
• Maintain and update ISO management system documentation, including manuals, SOPs, and risk registers.
• Analyze audit results to identify trends and systemic issues and recommend process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Provide guidance on ISO standards and best practices while supporting quality, environmental, safety, or information security
improvement initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions on ISO standards, audit methodologies, and internal audit practices.
• Mentor internal auditors to strengthen audit capability and promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
