GlobalLogic is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support daily operations, manage team performance, and contribute to strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager and other stakeholders to drive team efficiency, ensure service excellence, and meet business goals

Requirements

  • we are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Operations Consultant focusing on launch coordination and operational excellence.
  • This role will be essential in ensuring seamless product launches, robust testing, and effective communication across internal stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption on multiple product features by coordinating communication and support efforts.
  • Regularly test existing products and provide feedback on their functionality, identifying bugs and areas for improvement.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation for new product features and launches.
  • Engage internal contributors (ICs) by sending launch communications and coordinating launch-related aspects with multiple internal teams.
  • Lead QA and UAT execution to ensure launch-readiness.
  • Participate in post-launch retrospectives, focusing on operational processes and identifying areas for improvement in future launches.

Job responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in project/program management, or a similar role with a strong focus on product launches and operational processes.
  • Experience in enforcing structured QA and UAT processes.
  • Ability to create comprehensive trackers covering compliance and testing checkpoints.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-market launches and ensure stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge execution gaps between planning and delivery.
  • Experience in driving adoption and sharing feedback with business teams.
