Join GlobalLogic’s Architects Team within the Healthcare Business Unit, supporting clients across the EMEA region. This strategic role is focused on engaging new clients, shaping impactful technical solutions, and launching innovative DevOps-driven projects in the healthcare space. You will play a key part in growing our business by translating client challenges into actionable architectures, leading discovery and solutioning efforts, and ensuring successful project kickoffs. Requirements

• Proven experience in the healthcare domain is critical – including understanding of compliance, security, and operational requirements in healthcare environments.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial software development or systems engineering.
• 3+ years in a DevOps or Infrastructure Architecture role with deep focus on Azure technologies.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services including Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, and Azure Policy.
• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines and GitHub.
• Proven hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
• Strong background in identity, access, security, and compliance within Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare DevOps use cases such as EMR integration, remote monitoring, and digital health platforms.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure design and migration of legacy systems to Azure cloud.
• Strong documentation and architecture diagramming skills.
• Excellent communication skills (at least Upper-Intermediate English).
• Ability to present DevOps concepts and technical designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to assess client requirements and propose scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): 

• Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, or other healthcare-specific compliance standards.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and cost management within Azure.
• Understanding of enterprise healthcare IT ecosystems (e.g., clinical systems, data warehouses, HL7/FHIR).
• Experience with Azure DevOps in regulated or validated environments.
• Background in client-facing pre-sales or solution architecture roles.

Job responsibilities

• Lead Azure-focused DevOps architecture and design for HealthTech and MedTech client engagements.
• Support technical presales, workshops, and infrastructure solutioning for regulated healthcare environments.
• Define and implement scalable DevOps strategies using Azure services, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and integrated testing strategies.
• Provide advisory on Azure cloud migration, modernization, automation, and security practices.
• Collaborate with development, QA, cloud engineering, and security teams to ensure seamless delivery pipelines.
• Build cloud-agnostic and compliant infrastructure frameworks aligned with healthcare standards.
• Document architecture decisions, diagrams, infrastructure blueprints, and DevOps processes.
• Contribute to innovation and technical leadership within the Healthcare Business Unit.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery Managers, Sales, and Engineering Leads.
