GlobalLogic is looking for key experts to assist our automotive client in adopting the Software Defined Vehicle concept. As part of our strategic roadmap, you will play a crucial role in applying standard methodologies and contributing to the advancement of next-generation automotive platforms. This position requires detailed analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking, providing an exciting environment for skill enhancement and career advancement.

Requirements

• Configuration management in automotive software projects
• Experience managing software deliveries for embedded systems
• Familiarity with software baselining and delivery ticket creation
• Understanding of automotive release timelines
• Proficient in coordinating software delivery for complex vehicle platforms
• Audit and quality assurance of software releases
• Familiarity with delivery auditing practices
• Experience in facilitating meetings
• Knowledge of aftermarket and factory tool alignment requirements
• Understanding of Agile and scaled Agile delivery environments
• General knowledge of software development life cycle and CI/CD processes

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience with Jira/Confluence

• Basic scripting for automation of reports or audits

• Experience in vehicle-level software deployment or testing

• Familiarity with integration platforms or delivery pipelines

 

Job responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all software deliveries for automotive platforms

• Support releases and urgent updates

• Plan and facilitate meetings

• Prepare delivery status reports and ensure traceability of all deliveries

• Handle all deliveries and re-deliveries during events, including baseline creation and consistency audits

• Attend daily intake meetings and report findings/status

• Ensure delivery quality aligns with factory and aftermarket tool standards

• Facilitate & present status at decision forums

• Provide release recommendations and report corrections

• Conduct retrospectives post-event to drive continuous improvement
