Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend). The role involves integrating LLMs and GenAI capabilities using frameworks like LangChain, building microservices-based architectures, and developing secure, high-performance REST APIs. You will work with SQL and NoSQL databases, apply best practices for secure coding and performance optimization, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

Experience: 4-7 years in full-stack development, with a focus on AI-driven
applications.
● Technical Skills:
○ Front End: Proficiency in React.js and related technologies.
○ Back End: Strong experience with Python and frameworks such as
FastAPI or Django.
○ AI/ML: Experience with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain.
○ Microservices: Proficiency in developing and maintaining
microservices architecture.
○ Secure Coding: Knowledge of secure coding practices and
experience with code analysis tools.
○ Code Profiling: Experience with code profiling tools and
performance optimization.

○ Databases: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including
experience with vector databases.
○ APIs: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
○ Version Control: Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub or
GitLab.

● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex
technical challenges.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field.
Preferred Qualifications:
● AI Frameworks: Familiarity with other AI frameworks and tools.
● Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or
GCP.
● DevOps: Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration
(Kubernetes).
● Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Job responsibilities

Gen-Box, utilizing frameworks such as LangChain.
● Microservices Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable microservices,
ensuring efficient communication and integration within the system.
● Secure Code Generation: Implement best practices for secure coding to
prevent vulnerabilities, including the use of static analysis tools to identify and
mitigate potential security risks.
● Code Profiling: Utilize code profiling tools to analyze and optimize application
performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
● Database Management: Design and manage both SQL and NoSQL
databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
● API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless
communication between front-end and back-end systems.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA
engineers and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
● Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering
to best practices and coding standards.
