Requirements

DevOps Architect

We are seeking a DevOps Architect to design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure and automation processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and a strong background in software development and operations. This role involves working closely with development, security, and operations teams to build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design and Architect Solutions: Design and implement a robust, scalable, and secure DevOps platform using AWS services.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain IaC using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Establish and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Security: Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the development lifecycle and infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline operations and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

• Experience: Overall 14+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 2-3 years in architect capacity.
• Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS, etc.). AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional is a plus.
• Containerization: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• IaC Tools: Expertise in Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Scripting: Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Version Control: Proficient in GitLab principles.
• Operating Systems: Solid knowledge of Linux administration.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications:-

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience with serverless technologies like AWS Lambda.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing).
