Integrate log data with dashboards, alerts, and other observability tools.
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to onboard services and improve logging standards.
Optimize performance, indexing, and storage strategies for Elasticsearch.
Build custom Kibana dashboards for real-time visibility and alerting.
Work with other observability stack components (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) as needed.
Contribute to log hygiene and observability best practices across environments.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of hands-on experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Strong experience with Grok patterns, Regular Expressions (RegEx), and log parsing techniques.
Solid understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, and traces.
Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating ELK with cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, EKS).
Exposure to other observability tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Prometheus.
Understanding of structured logging and logging best practices for microservices.
Experience in healthcare IT, regulated environments, or imaging informatics is a plus.
