Description

6–8 years of total software development experience with at least 4+ years in Flutter.

Strong command of Dart, state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX, GetX).

Deep understanding of Flutter widgets, rendering, and animation frameworks.

Experience with mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).

Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, memory optimization.

Android/iOS native knowledge (Kotlin/Java or Swift/Objective-C).

Experience with Firebase or other cloud integrations.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).

Knowledge of testing frameworks (unit, widget, integration tests).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience deploying apps to App Store and Play Store.

Knowledge of backend services (Node.js, Firebase Functions, or similar).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

Understanding of mobile security, encryption, secure storage.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).

Lead feature design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Build reusable widgets, handle state management, and optimize app performance.

Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.

Work with native Android/iOS modules when needed (Kotlin/Swift interoperability).

Implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to refine requirements.

Investigate production issues and deliver timely fixes.

Contribute to architectural decisions and mobile best practices.
