Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Support Engineer with a strong technical background and practical experience to join customer’s IT team. Team primarily focuses on management, enhancements, and standards of endpoint devices.

In this role, you will be responsible for remote system setup, configuration, and ongoing user support, ensuring smooth and secure operation of internal/external environments.

Team works in a Scrum model, spending the majority of their time on project work, while doing some tier 2 & 3 support as needed.

 

Remotelly install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and internal tools

Provide first- and second-line support to external users 

Troubleshoot system and application issues, ensuring timely resolution

Manage access permissions, user onboarding/offboarding, and device setup

Collaborate with developers and IT leads to support infrastructure projects

Maintain documentation of IT procedures and support guides
