GlobalLogic is looking for a highly skilled NetSuite Subject Matter Expert to support our technical teams with advanced integration guidance, environment management, and issue resolution. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in NetSuite ERP and its APIs to ensure robust platform performance, faster root cause analysis and improved customer experience.
• 5+ years of practical experience working with NetSuite ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proficient in SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, and NetSuite connector technologies.
• Solid expertise in API integration, metadata management, and debugging tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage token-based authentication and security roles within NetSuite.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise or SaaS-based customers is highly desirable.
• Strong communicator with a proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks
• Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately
• Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite sandbox and test environments.
• Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve customer-reported issues related to connectors and APIs.
• Manage token-based authentication (TBA), including roles and permission schemes.
• Validate connector/API compatibility across various NetSuite versions and WSDL updates.
• Partner with engineering and support teams to reduce ticket recurrence and improve platform stability.
• Develop technical playbooks, RCA documentation, and support knowledge base content.
• Advise on NetSuite integration best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise needs.
