We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to define and drive the product vision and ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions. Requirements

  • Strong background in CRM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate business processes and user needs into product features and functionalities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
  • Ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes product features and releases based on business impact, technical feasibility, and market demand.
  • Gather and validate CRM system requirements by engaging with key stakeholders across departments (sales, support, marketing, etc.).
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on evolving business objectives, customer feedback, and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and scope.
  • Provide clear and actionable user stories, ensuring that development teams understand the requirements and can execute efficiently.
  • Oversee product releases and work with QA, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
