Requirements

Key Responsibilities

– Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with clinical, regulatory, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

– Maintain and refine the product backlog with clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to MedTech standards.

– Work closely with UX, engineering, and QA to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery across the full product lifecycle.

– Partner with clinical experts to validate workflows, patient journeys, and device–software interactions.

– Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and demos with global, distributed teams.

Job responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

– 10–12 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare technology domain.

– Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient journeys, medical device data flows, and clinical documentation processes.

– Hands-on experience working with medical devices, digital health platforms, or healthcare IT systems.

– Proven ability to translate clinical and business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

– Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to MedTech products.

– Excellent communication skills and experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
