Description

GlobalLogic seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across platform SMEs including Workday, NetSuite, and Dynamics. This role is pivotal in managing discovery, root cause analysis (RCA), stabilization efforts, and ensuring alignment between client stakeholders and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will drive operational cadence, maintain SLA adherence, and provide transparency through structured reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Proven track record managing SaaS implementations or multi-platform integration programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Workday, NetSuite, Dynamics) is highly desirable.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks
• Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program execution across platform SMEs and internal client teams.
• Define program priorities, proactively manage risks, and resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Establish and maintain governance rituals (weekly/bi-weekly checkpoints, steering meetings, etc.).
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, RCA documentation, and performance KPIs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
• Promote knowledge-sharing, process documentation, and operational scalability.
