Requirements

We are looking for a Manager, Professional Services to lead a talented team of 10-15 professional services engineers. In this role, you’ll be the linchpin connecting our customers with our technical experts, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. 

What You’ll Do
Lead and Inspire: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of semi-technical professional services engineers, fostering their growth and professional development.

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, handling escalations, managing expectations, and building lasting relationships.

Technical Escalation: Act as a critical escalation point for complex technical issues, working closely with your team and other internal departments to find effective solutions.

Performance Reporting: Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports to customers, providing transparent updates on project progress and key metrics.

Who You Are
You have 8+ years of experience in a professional services or similar customer-facing technical role, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.

You are a skilled people manager with a knack for motivating and developing talent.

You possess excellent project management skills and can navigate multiple priorities with ease.

You are an exceptional communicator, adept at handling difficult conversations and building trust with customers.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are a natural problem-solver.
