Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead/Manager with a strong background in .NET technologies to lead and deliver high-quality software projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to manage development teams, ensure seamless execution, and drive innovation.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in project management.
Strong technical expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, MongoDB, Kendo UI, Typescript, KnockOut JS).
Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar).
Proven track record in managing Agile/Scrum-based software projects.
Hands-on experience with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, microservices, and SQL databases.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of .NET-based projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
Team Leadership: Guide development teams, conduct sprint planning, and resolve technical challenges.
Technical Expertise: Provide insights on best practices in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and security.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business teams, clients, and technical stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
Agile & Scrum Practices: Implement Agile methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
Risk Management: Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Quality Assurance & Deployment: Ensure robust code revie.netws, testing strategies, and smooth deployment pipelines using CI/CD.
