Description

Our company is looking for key experts to help our automotive client make a seamless transition to the Software Defined Vehicle concept and apply the best practices gathered in the development of the next generation of automotive platforms. As an integral part of our strategy – building process, you will contribute your expertise to shaping the roadmap for the next generation of our platform.

Requirements

Good knowledge:

  • Software release coordination across complex systems
  • Experience in automotive software integration and lifecycle events
  • Test planning, coverage analysis, and test execution follow-up
  • Deviation and fault management
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (PM, test PO’s, engineering units, plant management)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in release management or software integration

Basic knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar tools
  • Understanding of automotive program management phases
  • Knowledge of SW/HW interaction in embedded systems
  • Ability to facilitate and contribute to retrospectives
  • Basic understanding of software validation environments (e.g., MIL, HIL, SIL)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Vehicle Software Configuration and CarCom tools
  • Knowledge of ISO26262 or ASPICE frameworks
  • Understanding of Aftermarket and Manufacturing Engineering processes
  • Experience with program-level escalation and reporting
  • Participation in cross-site or global coordination

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate software release events, including year updates, maintenance releases and urgent quality releases
  • Facilitate test planning and ensure readiness of test objects
  • Review test coverage, escalate deviations, and track task progress
  • Attend Cross-Team meetings and monitor incoming deliveries
  • Oversee test execution: startup, monitoring, fault reporting, and results
  • Manage faults and deviations, re-deliveries, and validation
  • Organize and lead pre-event and intra-event meetings with Engineering,Manufactory and aftermarket
  • Maintain continuous communication with all RLs and stakeholders
  • Report event summaries, provide release recommendations
  • Conduct retrospectives with Release team and broader release team
