Our cliente anticipates an increase in production support activities in the near future to support its growing business requirements. BR would like to engage GlobalLogic (GL) services for back-end production support.

Job responsibilities

This job is to do production support of our client.

The engineer will join the existing client development team and it will participate in their meetings. However his responsability will be to monitor the production system and provide the necessary support. In order to do that the engineer need to be able to learn client systems and be able to understand how all the components interact. 

It involves receive incidents from the Customer Services team. Analyze them based on guidelines. Review production logs to understand the problem. Decide if needs to be redirect to the development team or it could be resolved via data change scripts. Write those data changes script. 

In order to this work the engineer will get the assistance and support from GL current team assigned to this client.
