Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Application Engineer with
deep expertise in React and Next.js to join our team. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a
key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. You will
provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall
architecture and strategy of our web development e^orts. The ideal candidate has a strong
understanding of modern web development practices, a passion for building scalable and
performant applications, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development.
• Expert proficiency in React and Next.js.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Job responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of complex web applications using React and
Next.js.
• Design and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable architectures.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define
project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries.
• Participate in Agile development processes.
• Drive architectural decisions and technology selection.
• Lead technical discussions and present technical solutions to stakeholders
