Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a core area of our platform—translating product strategy into actionable plans and ensuring effective execution. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between business goals, customer needs, and the engineering team, playing a critical role in delivering value early and often.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across design, engineering, data science, support, and marketing to drive alignment, prioritize effectively, and ship high-quality features that solve real problems. You’ll be responsible for defining and maintaining a clear, well-structured product backlog, enabling your team to deliver with purpose and focus.

You’ll be joining a globally distributed product organization with teammates in Canada, the UK, and across Europe. While many of us enjoy in-person collaboration when possible, we’re fully equipped to support remote work.

Our team works closely with product designers, engineers, and researchers to build tools that help over 3,400 customers make smarter decisions through human insight. Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in an agile SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex backlogs and leading cross-functional delivery teams
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into executable work
  • Proven track record of delivering user-centric, web-based software products
  • Skilled in writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Comfortable working with data to inform prioritization and feature design
  • Excellent communicator who can convey context, rationale, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
  • Experience working across distributed teams and time zones
  • Passion for accessibility, usability, and inclusive product design

Job responsibilities

  • Own the product backlog for your area—ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business and customer goals
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver high-impact features and enhancements
  • Translate product strategy into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Act as the voice of the customer during agile ceremonies and throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to guide decision-making and measure success
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure continuous delivery
  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape roadmap direction with data and customer feedback
  • Identify and proactively address delivery risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies across teams
  • Support go-to-market readiness and cross-functional coordination for new product releases
