The client is a global leader in cloud-based financial close and reconciliation solutions. The company has a significant global reach, serving 4,300 customers and 300,000 users across 100 different countries and offers five distinct platforms tailored to meet the needs of various clients, ranging from Large Enterprise down to the Mid-Market.

The client is transitioning to an internal integration solution using an OEM version and needs to integrate customer ERP systems with their platforms. The main ERPs requiring integration are SAP, Workday, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.

SAP Integration & Technical Skills
SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
SAP Integration Suite / Integration Services
SAP S/4HANA integration (JE posting via APIs)
REST / SOAP / OData APIs
Message mapping, transformation, error handling, monitoring

Finance Functional Expertise (Critical)
Strong SAP Finance (FI) functional knowledge
Posting Journal Entries in SAP S/4HANA
SAP Tax calculation APIs and tax determination logic
Handling adjustments, accruals, reversals, and corrections
Understanding of SAP FI document lifecycle and posting validations
Experience managing posting failures, tax exceptions, and reprocessing

Middleware & Integration Tools
Boomi (Dell Boomi) – hands-on technical experience required
Designing, developing, and supporting Boomi integration flows

Job responsibilities

We are seeking a senior SAP Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BTP, Integration Services, and SAP S/4HANA, combined with deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI).
This role is critical to support Journal Entry (JE) integrations between Trintech and customer SAP systems, including tax calculation, posting logic, exception handling, and confirmation handling.
The ideal candidate will bridge technical integration design and functional finance execution, guiding the team where internal functional knowledge is limited.
