Description

Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee skills and drive business impact. This role combines program development, facilitation, content creation, and stakeholder collaboration to foster a culture of continuous learning.

 

Requirements

5+ years in Talent Development/Resource Management/L&D or education, preferably in tech/software.

• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning tools (a plus).
• Instructional design experience preferred.
• Comfortable working across time zones and multicultural teams.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and collaborative.
• Passion for continuous learning.
• Fluent English.
• Technical aptitude

Job responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate in-person and virtual training programs.
• Create and curate engaging learning content and assessments.
• Partner with delivery teams to define learning objectives and performance metrics.
• Manage training logistics, schedules, and L&D calendar.
• Maintain training records, track program effectiveness, and prepare reports.
• Use LMS and digital tools to manage and enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and global L&D teams to align programs with business goals.
• Support hiring efficacy by sharing trainee performance insights.
• Participate in special projects to improve organizational development and performance.
