Requirements

Job Responsibilities
Design and build advanced cross-platform mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android platforms ensuring pixel-perfect UI and enhanced user experience
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Leading a team of developers and QA and mentoring as and when required.
Closely work with the Stakeholders with proactive and clear communication, ensuring smooth development cycles in an Agile (Scrum) setting.
Code review within the team, drafting and implementing strategies for defects mitigation, and improving the quality of the deliverables.

Keyskills
Must Have
Strong holds on Javascript and Typescript concepts with hands-on experience in both. Must be able to write and debug complex code.
Experience with REST API and WebSocket with strong debugging skills.
Architectural In-depth knowledge of React Native
Experienced with metro Bundler, Bable, Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle
Basic functional knowledge of native Android/iOS
Experience in using React Native components, React Navigation, Hooks, FlexBox, Context, and Redux.
Must have worked towards improving app performance and ensuring pixel-perfect UI for the end users.
Unit/Integration/Automation testing frameworks such as Jest, Appium, and RNTL.
Experience writing code with SOLID principles and clean code guidelines.
Should have independently deployed at least 2 apps on the App Store and Play Store.
CI/CD for mobile app deployments.
Knowledge of class-based and functional-based components.
Good to Have
Experience in Animation and Gesture libraries for React Native.
Third-party integrations such as Firebase, AWS, OAuth, LaunchDarkly, and Storybook.
Familiar with mono repo, pnpm, npm, and yarn.
Native modules development with React Native
Knowledge of system design.
React.js
Android or iOS native development experience.
